El mes pasado me contactaron der la revista SER para una entrevista, me gusto la idea de que mas personas me puedan conocer y a mi arte a travez de esta entrevista.
AMOR DE MUJER

Verona Peñalba, una joven artista nicaraguense que ha tenido éxito tanto dentro y fuera del país con sus inigualables creaciones. Tuvimos la oportunidad de conversar con ella y nos hablo de su trayectoria, planes futuros y sobre todo quien es la mujer detrás del Lienzo.

Lo que comenzo como un Juego se convirtió en una disposición y experimentando se dio cuenta de que el arte no solo le gustaba sino que también le resultaba algo muy facil de hacer. "Siempre me ha gustado el arte, pero mas consiente cuando estaba en la Universidad y mi prima me dijo que pintáramos en tela y acrílicos, nunca lo había hecho así. Copie una foto pequeña que me gustaba mucho en grande y me sorprendí con la facilidad que lo hice, lo disfrute tanto que lo seguí haciendo." nos cuenta Peñalba
Hoy por hoy Verona expone a nivel internacional y lo que mas disfruta pintar son rostros. Ha realizado piezas increíbles lienzo y una mezcla de colores fascinantes. "Las personas me llaman mucho la atención, creo que siempre pintare retratos/personas." Y que bien que lo hace, no cualquiera logra captar algo mas que un rostro, la magia de Verona consiste en capturar ese detalle que nos distingue como individuo: "La esencia de la persona. Eso que sentís cuando estas con la persona en tema, claro que depende de la perspectiva, pero para mi es lo mas autentico y mas importante.". Pero como toda Artista siempre busca la manera de aventurarse en otras técnicas, otros elementos con los que pueda expresarse. "Quiero divertirme con otros objetos, medios y seguir creciendo. Mi sello quisiera que fuera mas el uso del color y que logre conectar con la belleza de cada uno."
TÉCNICAS CAUTIVADORAS
Verona actualmente utiliza el acrilico sobre tela y papel. "Me encanta el papel porque puedo hacer transparencias, siento que fluye mas ligera la pintura con un efecto un poco mas de acuarela. Los colores y su manejo es lo que mas disfruto. No lo pienso, lo siento. Comienzo siempre con azul y depende lo que sienta voy agregando colores y combinaciones, es muy natural e instantáneo."
Ella ha expuesto en diferentes partes del mundo desde Inglaterra hasta Miami y en todas ha tenido un rotundo éxito lo cual es de esperarse. "Mientras trabajaba en un club de playa organizaba eventos, y claro se me ocurrió uno de Arte, donde juntábamos artistas emergentes o ya conocidos a participar en exposiciones colectivas que incluían los elementos de música, gastronomía y apreciación del espacio." Su ultima exposición fue realizada en Inglaterra, durante su estadía allá, consto de siete piezas inspiradas en flores que Verona vio florecer.
Tiene pensado exponer pronto en Nicaragua y los amantes del buen arte esperamos ansiosos ver sus obras.
LO QUE HACE, LO QUE LA INSPIRA
Paz, positivismo, imaginación y talento, así se puede describir a Verona, su serenidad es contagiosa y su familia definitivamente es muy importante para ella ya que han sido un gran apoyo en su carrera. "Mi familia es bien grande del lado paterno y materno, y de ambos hay personas muy creativas. Pero lo que mas me ha dado mi familia es amor, seguridad y confianza en mi misma, lo que se refleja directamente en mi persona y me permite la libertad de pintar y crear con felicidad." Afirma además que entre Verona la Mujer y Verona la artista no hay mucha diferencia. "Romántica, curiosa, positiva, sensible y fuerte a la vez. Me gusta sentirme libre, el mar, el sol, los arboles-flores, la magia, el azul. Explorar lugares-culturas, compartir, ver a la gente feliz y amar."
Lo que la inspira: Estar en paz conmigo, me lleva a fluir y crear de manera natural.
Su frase Favorita: Hay muchas cosas que cautivan tu mirada, solo algunas cautivaran tu corazón, persigue esas.
El consejo de Verona a los Jóvenes emergentes en el Arte:
-Definir PORQUE están haciendo lo que hacen y tener ese sentimiento siempre presente, para vivir su propósito.
-Invertir en ustedes, seguir educandose en todo lo que les interesa. (psst Internet!)
-Rodearse de gente que los apoya e inspira.
-Cuidar y amarse mucho a si mismo
-Crear todo el tiempo, mientras mas crean y comparten su mensaje sera mas apreciado.

LOVE OF A WOMAN
Verona Peñalba, a young Nicaraguan artist who has had success both inside and outside the country with her unique creations. We had the opportunity to talk with her , we talked about her career and future plans and especially who is the woman behind the Canvas.

What began as a game became a disposition, and experimenting with paint she realized that art is what she likes to do and comes very easy to her. "I've always loved art, but more aware when I was in college and my cousin told me to paint on canvas and acrylics, I had never done it that way. I copied a small photo that I liked into a big format, and I was surprised of how easy it was for me so I continued doing it."says Peñalba
Today Verona exposes internationally and what she enjoys the most is painting faces. She makes amazing pieces with a mixture of fascinating colors. "People calls my attention, I think I always will paint portraits / people." And well she does, not everyone manages to capture something more than a face, the magic of Verona is to capture the detail that distinguishes us as an individual: "The essence of a person, that feeling when you're with the person in subject. Clearly depends on the perspective, but for me it is the most authentic and most important feature. " But as every artist always looking for ways to venture into other techniques, other elements where she can express herself. "I want to have fun with other objects, media and continue growing. I would like people to remember me for the use of colors and the ability to connect with beauty of each person."
CAPTIVATING TECHNIQUES
Verona currently uses acrylic on canvas and paper. "I love to use paper, I can do transparencies, the paint feels lighter and colors flow easier as wattercolor. Colors and mixing is what I enjoy the most, I do not think on what color to use, I feel it. I start with blue and depending on what I feel I continue to add colors and comibinations, it is very natural and instant process. "
She has exhibited in different parts of the world from England to Miami. "While working at a beach club organizing events, I starded organizing an art event, where emerging and known artists come together to participate in group exhibitions including the elements of music, food and appreciation of space." Her last exhibition was held in England during her stay there, seven pieces inspired by blooming flowers Verona saw during her stay.
She plans to expose soon in Nicaragua and all good art lovers look forward to see her work.
WHAT SHE DOES, WHAT INSPIRES HER
Peace, positivity, imagination and talent can describe Verona, her serenity is contagious and her family is definitely very important to her as they have been very supportive of her career. "Both sides of my family are large, with very creative people in both. But what my family has given me the most is love, security and self-confidence, which reflects directly in me and allows me paint with freedom and create happiness." She further states that between Verona the women and the artist there's no difference. "Romantic, curious, positive, sensitive and strong at the same time. I like to feel free, the sea, the sun, the trees-flowers, magic, blue. Explore places-cultures, sharing, seeing people happy and love ."
What inspires her: Being at peace with myself, allows me to flow naturally and create.
Her Favorite phrase: There are many things that can catch your eyes, but only a few will catch your heart, pursue those.
Verona's advise to young emerging artists:
-Define WHY you are doing what they do and have that feeling always present, to live your purpose.
-Invest In you, continue to educate yourself in all things that interest you. (psst Internet!)
-Surround yourself of people that inspire and support you.
-Take care and LOVE yourself.
-Create All the time, the more you create and share, your message will be more appreciated.
